The Spencer Farlow home in Carolina Beach, North Carolina, is a striking example of flexible modern coastal design. Designed and built by our team, the home features soaring 12-foot ceilings in the main living, kitchen, and dining areas that create a grand, open atmosphere. A key design goal was adaptability: the home includes a separate area that can be closed off for Airbnb rental use while maintaining privacy for the owners. Mahogany accent siding brings warmth and contrast to the contemporary lines, while the pool creates a resort-like backyard escape. Perfectly sited on a corner lot with easy access to Carolina Beach, this home exceeded expectations with its balance of functionality, beauty, and coastal comfort.
