With over 10 years of experience in designing and building custom homes in Southeastern NC, along with a diverse construction knowledge, we skillfully integrate your vision into the build process. Phase 1 - Design
Our iterative design process is the heart of our design-build system.
During this phase, we engage in direct collaboration with our clients to establish their initial criteria and desires. Our design process explores the best possibilities and options for the project, considering factors such as location, budget, and client goals. Simultaneously, we leverage our expertise in design and construction to shape the house plans while developing the construction budget. This dual approach allows us to progress with permitting and setting a construction start date as the project moves towards Phase 2 - Build.

Phase 2 - Build
As a design-build team, we manage and supervise all aspects of the project from start to finish.
Using the same company for design and construction means a single point of contact, ensuring streamlined communication from design to construction. Over years of experience we have honed this integrated approach which greatly enhances communication flow and allows for efficient coordination within our team as we bring your design vision into reality.
