The Red Banks project brought a coastal modern family home to life through a thoughtful design-only process. The home features an open floor plan where the living, kitchen, and dining spaces flow seamlessly, creating an atmosphere perfect for both everyday family living and entertaining. Dedicated spaces for a home office, a gym, and an open loft with a pool table make it flexible and inviting. The rear exterior was designed to open toward the channel, connecting indoor and outdoor living through expansive glass and airy circulation. Every element reflects relaxed luxury and functionality. In the end, the design came together beautifully — a warm, modern coastal home where family life meets elegant simplicity.
