Our Harbor Island project embodies the essence of modern coastal living, designed to maximize panoramic views of the channel leading out to Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina. Although this was a design-only endeavor, the goal was clear: create a home where the living room and third-floor master bedroom would embrace sweeping coastal scenery. Rich mahogany elements add warmth and texture to the modern architecture, giving the home a refined coastal elegance. The floor plan was crafted to perfectly frame the water views, ensuring every major space captures the beauty of the surrounding channel. Thoughtful spatial flow and abundant natural light give this home its open, breezy character. What makes Harbor Island truly memorable is how it fulfilled the client’s dream for a modern coastal retreat — serene, connected to nature, and effortlessly sophisticated.
