The Sandbox project is a modern beachfront home designed and built to stand the test of time using SCIP — structural concrete insulated panels. As one of the first homes of its kind in the region, it’s built to withstand hurricanes while maintaining sleek, modern elegance. The design features a dramatic concrete cantilever facing the ocean, Bocora stone accents, and a pool and hot tub seamlessly integrated using the same SCIP material. Inside, the layout transitions easily between family living and rental flexibility — every space framed around ocean views. This project remains one of our proudest examples of innovation and craftsmanship, showing how modern design and durability can coexist beautifully on the coast.
