Story: Our clients approached us with a vision to create a unique residence, tailored for adaptability, situated on a charming corner lot in Carolina Beach, NC.
The overarching concept involved crafting a coastal-inspired home featuring three distinct zones. These included the primary living quarters designed exclusively for the owners, complemented by two individual private units, each with its own dedicated entry—intelligently designed for Airbnb use.
