Design & Construction Agreement

Construction Begins
This is one of the most exciting times during the design-build process. Before we begin this stage, we'll meet with you to make sure we have covered details pertinent to the project. Then, we'll begin with any necessary demolition or site development and efficiently construct the new spaces. The Project Is Completed
Even after we've completed the project to our high level of standards, we don't consider the job done until you're satisfied. You'll have the opportunity to do a walk-through inspection during which we'll show you everything we've done.
