  The Surf City Modern project transformed a client’s sketches into a clean, contemporary coastal design. Overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway, this design-only project emphasized openness and connection to the outdoors through expansive windows and a rooftop deck. The wetlands on site influenced the home’s footprint, resulting in a design that feels organic to its setting. Inside, the floor plan encourages light, movement, and togetherness — hallmarks of our modern coastal philosophy. Both the clients and our team were thrilled with the results, creating a home that feels natural, timeless, and perfectly at home by the water.
